Become a Level 1 Ski Race Coach

This March we are offering you the chance to train to be a level 1 race coach.

Working with our friends at Impulse Racing we are delighted to offer the level 1 ski race coach course over two weekends at the end of March 2021.  

This is an amazing opportunity to get yourself qualified as a ski racing coach, tick off the module in your level 3 ISIA qualification, enhance your CV, update your CPD or simply learn something new.  We deliver the course on the weekends so that it doesn’t interfere with your work or school commitments.

DATES: Weekends of 20 & 21, 27 & 28 March 2021
LOCATION: Les Crosets, Switzerland
TIMINGS: 09h00-16h00 with one hour for lunch.
COST: 400CHF*
There are only 8 places available for this course.

SnowPros ski racing director and IASI trainer Phil Brown will be delivering the course.  

Phil is vastly experienced former National Team Coach with over 20,000 hours of coaching experience,  He is a member of the Irish Interski demo team and runs his own ski racing school, Impulse Racing in Pila, Italy. 

This course is aimed at:

Those looking to complete the race coach module in their level 3 ISIA qualification.

Those interested in ski racing who would like a stand-alone qualification in course setting, race technique and coaching.

Those working in international schools who would like to add a ski race coach qualification to their CV.

Those needing a continued professional development refresher.

Covid compliance

The Portes du Soleil ski area is served by a number of chairlifts lifts and drag lifts. All lifts are in the open air.  There is one telecabine in Champery but we will not be using that. We will comply with our own covid protocols.
